The listed monthly bookkeeping price is intended for regular ongoing bookkeeping support. If records are already organized, onboarding is smoother. If prior months need cleanup, the cleanup work may be quoted separately before monthly service begins.

Our onboarding process starts with understanding how the business currently tracks money. We review bank accounts, credit cards, payroll frequency, QuickBooks status, outstanding invoices, vendor payments, and whether prior months need cleanup.
